Covering a slightly controversial topic within the context of a monthly membership, this episode features my conversation with David Craft about the good, the bad, the manipulative, and the dangerous aspects of subscriptions. Why is everything a monthly subscription nowadays, is it always a bad thing, and why did I decide to go the monthly-sub route when I created the Friends Club? Towards the end of the episode, we discuss David’s favorite song I’ve released, “New Creation Gray,” adding context and ideas to the song beyond what was shared about the song in episode 003 of the Clubcast. The episode ends with one of my proudest musical achievements: the instrumental version of the song.
