The Australian half of Lock & Chi, Lachlan Meurer, makes his long-awaited debut on the Clubcast, now that we can finally talk about Latitudes in full with people who’ve heard it! We recount the journey of the EP’s five songs, including Lachlan’s experiences writing the original versions as well as how each song changed and grew as he and I worked on them together. Lachlan’s EP is the largest Let Me Be Your Band project I’ve ever taken on (in fact, it’s the biggest project I’ve ever produced outside of Readybloom), and this conversation was a really fun way to put a cap on Latitudes as we turn and look toward the next EP together, Longitudes.
